Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and designers, overseeing project execution.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in FEA (Finite Element Analysis) , CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), and system dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
