Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, nail art, and extensions.
• Lead and train a team of nail technicians, providing guidance on techniques, customer service, and salon protocols.
• Manage salon inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels for nail care products .
• Ensure the salon maintains the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in client consultations, offering expert advice on nail health, treatments, and trends.
• Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or Nail Services.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a professional Nail Technician, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proven experience in acrylics, gel extensions, and intricate nail art design.
• Excellent understanding of nail anatomy, diseases, and safe application/removal techniques.
• Leadership potential or previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results in Coventry .
