Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality online courses and learning materials across various subjects.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible and engaging digital content.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools to build interactive modules.
• Oversee the review and quality assurance process for all developed curriculum, ensuring accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior curriculum developers and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in online education and instructional design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online curriculum development or instructional design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms .
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading a remote team or collaborating effectively in a distributed environment.
