About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality, interactive online courses and learning modules.
• Manage a team of curriculum designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities for new course development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technology specialists to create effective learning experiences.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of online curriculum, incorporating feedback and data analytics.
• Ensure all developed content adheres to accessibility standards and best practices in instructional design.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and e-learning technologies.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
• Experience working within a hybrid or remote educational setting is preferred.
