Lead Peer Support Recovery Worker (Prison)

The Forward Trust is recruiting a Recovery Worker – Peer Supporter Lead in London. This permanent, full-time role sits within the Substance Misuse Service at HMP Wormwood Scrubs and focuses on developing peer-led recovery support within the prison environment.

You will recruit, train and supervise peer supporters, foster peer-led interventions, and help service users engage with treatment and recovery pathways. A trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented practice is essential.
