About the Role

Our client, a premier cosmetic enhancement clinic in Wolverhampton , is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Permanent Makeup Artist . This pivotal role requires exceptional artistic talent, a meticulous approach, and a deep understanding of cosmetic tattooing techniques for eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. You will be responsible for performing procedures with precision and care, consulting with clients to achieve their desired results, and setting the standard for excellence within the clinic. As the lead artist, you will also play a role in training and mentoring junior technicians, ensuring the highest levels of safety, hygiene, and client satisfaction are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform permanent makeup procedures (e.g., microblading, powder brows, eyeliner, lip blush) with precision and artistic flair.
• Conduct detailed client consultations, managing expectations and designing bespoke treatment plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sterilization protocols in line with industry regulations.
• Provide clients with comprehensive pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
• Mentor and guide junior permanent makeup artists, sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• Certified and experienced Permanent Makeup Artist with a strong portfolio.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic tattooing.
• In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and colour theory.
• Proficiency in various permanent makeup techniques and equipment.
• Exceptional client care skills and a commitment to delivering natural-looking, beautiful results in Wolverhampton .
