You will guide a talented team of scientists, contributing your expertise to complex formulation challenges and ensuring the successful progression of pipeline projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of formulation scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative research environment.
• Design, develop, and optimise innovative pharmaceutical formulations for diverse therapeutic areas and dosage forms.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies, physicochemical characterisation, and stability assessments.
• Ensure formulations are developed with scalability and manufacturability in mind, working closely with process development teams.
• Prepare comprehensive scientific reports, development summaries, and contribute to regulatory filings.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in formulation science and drug delivery technologies.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, with a demonstrated track record of successful project leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of drug substance properties, excipient science, and various drug delivery platforms.
• Experience in leading scientific teams and managing project timelines effectively.
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements for drug product development.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent analytical skills, and clear communication proficiency.
