Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of high-voltage power systems, substations, and grid connections.
- Perform detailed power flow, short-circuit, and stability analysis.
- Develop protection schemes and specifications for power system equipment.
- Manage and mentor a team of power systems engineers.
- Ensure compliance with grid codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and methodologies in power systems engineering.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
- 10+ years of experience in power systems engineering, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Expertise in power system simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, PowerFactory).
- Strong knowledge of power generation, transmission, distribution, and protection principles.
- Experience with renewable energy integration is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
