Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of high-voltage power systems, substations, and grid connections.
• Perform detailed power flow, short-circuit, and stability analysis.
• Develop protection schemes and specifications for power system equipment.
• Manage and mentor a team of power systems engineers.
• Ensure compliance with grid codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development of new technologies and methodologies in power systems engineering.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• 10+ years of experience in power systems engineering, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Expertise in power system simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, PowerFactory).
• Strong knowledge of power generation, transmission, distribution, and protection principles.
• Experience with renewable energy integration is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
