Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex electrical power systems , including generation, distribution, and protection.
• Conduct thorough power system studies, including load flow, fault analysis, and stability analysis.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, specifications, and project reports for remote accessibility.
• Collaborate virtually with hardware, software, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Mentor and guide remote junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive virtual work environment.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in power systems engineering and design.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects remotely.
• Expertise in power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E, PSCAD).
• Strong understanding of grid integration, renewable energy systems, and modern power electronics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote work setting.
