Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering or production management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills suitable for a remote environment.
