About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production strategies to maximize output and minimize downtime.
• Supervise and mentor a team of production engineers, fostering their technical and professional growth.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations across production facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in oil and gas production engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of artificial lift systems, wellhead operations, and surface facilities.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
