Lead Project Design Engineer - Plant Layout & Innovation

Travail Employment Group is seeking a Project Design Engineer for a permanent position in Desborough, Northamptonshire. You will lead design from concept through to commissioning on bespoke plant layouts, conveyors and process equipment, working within a collaborative team focused on engineering excellence.

The role requires producing 2D/3D GA drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, defining technical specs, creating BOMs, site visits, and supporting the project lifecycle from design to handover.
