About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of engineering projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering or project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a remote work environment .
