Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software project management , with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Proven success in managing the development of complex software applications and platforms.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other relevant development methodologies.
• Strong technical background or significant experience working closely with software engineers.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for remote team management.
