Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management , with at least 3 years in a lead role, specifically within software development .
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects in a remote setting .
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
