Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of projects, ensuring strategic alignment and successful outcomes.
• Develop and implement robust project management frameworks and standards across the organization.
• Lead, coach, and mentor project managers and project team members, fostering professional growth.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, providing strategic insights and regular performance updates.
• Conduct project reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Project Management , with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources for high-value projects.
• Expertise in various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is essential.
• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
