Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for complex engineering roles, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior executives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on the engineering disciplines .
