Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients across Wales.
• Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery and client retention.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and market share in Cardiff .
• Oversee the full recruitment process for complex and senior roles, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Contribute to setting departmental goals and monitor team performance against KPIs.

Requirements

• Significant experience (4+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant , with demonstrable leadership or team lead experience.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver successful recruitment outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the Welsh employment market and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• A proactive and strategic approach to business development and team motivation.
