Key Responsibilities

• Manage a busy recruitment desk, focusing on client relationship management and business development.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing training and support to enhance team performance.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to offer management and placement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Welsh market and beyond.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services that meet and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with at least 4 years in the industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and developing new business.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and market trends.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate junior recruitment staff.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and sourcing platforms is essential.
