Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with demonstrated success in a leadership or senior role.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
• Excellent client management and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment market and talent landscape.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a virtual setting.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.
