Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Significant experience (4+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven ability to manage client accounts and deliver results.
• Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent understanding of various recruitment methodologies and talent attraction techniques.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
