You will work within a collaborative, fully remote structure, taking ownership of significant recruitment projects and contributing to the strategic direction of the consultancy. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
• Drive business development efforts to secure new client mandates and expand existing relationships.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and high-volume roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and talent attraction strategies tailored to client needs.
• Ensure the team adheres to best practices in recruitment, compliance, and candidate experience.
• Monitor team performance against targets and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Significant experience (4+ years) in recruitment, with a strong track record in a lead or senior consultant role.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
• Expertise in utilising recruitment technology and digital sourcing channels for remote recruitment.
