Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for complex and high-volume assignments.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior or Lead Recruitment Consultant .
• Proven success in business development, client management, and team leadership.
• Deep understanding of recruitment market trends and effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, collaborating from our Oxford office.
