Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for complex and high-volume mandates for key clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy or agency-side recruitment, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management, business development, and recruitment delivery.
• Strong understanding of talent sourcing methodologies and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
