Our client, a reputable recruitment consultancy based in Belfast , is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruitment Consultant to spearhead their efforts in identifying and securing top talent for their diverse client base. This role is crucial for driving recruitment success, managing key accounts, and providing leadership to a team of recruitment professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and effective placements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high caliber of candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyze recruitment data and market trends to inform strategy and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Significant experience (5+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant , with proven success in leading recruitment functions.
- Demonstrated ability in managing client relationships and driving recruitment outcomes.
- Strong understanding of candidate sourcing methodologies and selection techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
