Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of clients, ensuring timely and effective placements.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic hiring needs.
- Source, attract, and assess high-calibre candidates through various channels.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Drive business development activities to expand the client base and secure new opportunities.
- Stay informed about sector-specific market trends and competitor activities to provide informed advice.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with at least 4 years in the industry.
- Demonstrated success in client management, business development, and recruitment delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach with strong organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and sourcing platforms is essential.
- A keen understanding of the local Cambridge market, particularly in tech or life sciences, is advantageous.
