Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment consultants, fostering their development.
• Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and relevant legislation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with demonstrable success in a lead or senior role.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection methodologies.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work.
• Ability to motivate and lead a small team.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
