Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in recruitment consultancy , with a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex recruitment projects.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
