Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an engaging, high-quality Mathematics curriculum for Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, aligned with national educational standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of mathematics teachers, providing professional development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences in mathematics, utilizing innovative pedagogical approaches to cater to diverse learning styles.

Requirements

• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the secondary school level, with a track record of successful student outcomes.
• Demonstrable leadership or management experience within an educational setting.
