Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure architectural solutions for new and existing systems and applications.
- Define security standards, policies, and best practices for the organisation.
- Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on security matters to project teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments.
- Lead the development and implementation of security reference architectures.
Requirements
- Significant experience in security architecture and design.
- Expertise in a wide range of security technologies and concepts, including network security, cryptography, and identity and access management.
- Proficiency in developing security strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and business decisions.
- Relevant certifications like TOGAF, CISSP, or SABSA are advantageous.
