Lead Service Designer - User-Centred Service Design

The Bank of England is seeking an exceptional Lead Service Designer to join the User-Centred Service Design team. You will embed user-centred approaches in complex programmes, shaping scope, resourcing and outcomes that improve decision-making and service delivery.

You will lead service designers, drive standards, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure services work for users while navigating regulatory and organisational challenges.
