Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire software development process, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
Mentor, coach, and manage a team of software developers, fostering their professional growth.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and project plans.
Architect and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and performance.

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.
Proficiency with multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java, Node.js, React).
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
