Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems and features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering , with a focus on backend development.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go) and associated frameworks.
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
