Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and implementation of all sound design elements for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage and mentor junior sound designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to integrate audio seamlessly into the user experience.
• Oversee the recording, editing, mixing, and implementation of all sound effects, dialogue, and music.
• Develop and maintain audio pipelines and technical specifications for efficient sound production.
• Champion audio innovation and explore new technologies and techniques to enhance sonic immersion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sound Designer, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role within the arts and entertainment industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse sound design work, particularly in interactive media or film.
• Proficiency with industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Reaper, or Cubase.
• Experience with game audio middleware like Wwise or FMOD.
• Excellent understanding of acoustics, psychoacoustics, and audio mixing principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
