About the Role

This pivotal role involves taking ownership of the entire audio landscape for our upcoming projects, from conceptualization through to final delivery. You will be instrumental in shaping the auditory identity of our productions, working closely with creative directors, game developers, and composers to craft immersive sonic experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and integration of all sound effects, music, and voiceovers for new projects.
• Direct and mentor junior sound designers and audio engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Develop and maintain the overall audio vision and technical pipeline, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audio elements enhance gameplay and narrative effectively.
• Source, record, and edit high-quality audio assets, managing the audio asset library.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in sound design and interactive audio.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sound Designer or Audio Lead in the entertainment industry, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Reaper, or Logic Pro.
• Strong understanding of audio middleware like Wwise or FMOD, and game engine integration (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with audio mixing, mastering, and signal processing techniques.
