Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and mix high-quality sound effects, foley, dialogue, and musical elements for diverse media projects.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of sound designers and engineers, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Develop and maintain the overall sonic aesthetic and quality standards for all assigned projects.
• Collaborate effectively with directors, producers, and other creative teams to achieve project goals.
• Stay abreast of the latest audio technologies and techniques to drive innovation in sound design.

Requirements

• Proven track record with at least 7 years of experience in professional sound design , with significant experience in a lead role.
• Expertise in industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Cubase.
• Deep understanding of acoustics, psychoacoustics, and audio post-production workflows.
• Experience with game audio middleware (e.g., Wwise, FMOD) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
