Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, creation, and implementation of high-quality sound effects, music, and dialogue for various media projects.
• Collaborate closely with directors and other creative leads to establish the sonic vision and ensure consistency across all audio elements.
• Manage and mentor a team of sound designers and engineers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
• Oversee the technical aspects of audio recording, mixing, and mastering, ensuring optimal quality and compatibility with delivery platforms.
• Source, record, and edit audio assets, maintaining an organized and comprehensive sound library.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in sound design and audio production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sound Designer or similar role within the arts and entertainment sector , with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Expertise in industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Cubase.
• In-depth knowledge of sound synthesis, field recording techniques, and audio post-production workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing creative teams.
• Excellent understanding of acoustics, signal processing, and audio middleware.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
