About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sound design concepts that align with the artistic vision of each project.
• Oversee the recording, editing, mixing, and mastering of all audio assets.
• Collaborate closely with directors, composers, and other creative team members to integrate sound effectively.
• Manage the sound department's budget, equipment, and personnel.
• Stay abreast of the latest audio technologies and techniques, recommending and implementing new tools and workflows.
• Ensure the technical quality and performance of all sound elements across different platforms and venues.

Requirements

• Significant experience in professional sound design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• Expertise in digital audio workstations (DAWs) and audio editing software.
• Strong understanding of acoustics, signal flow, and audio hardware.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of audio professionals.
