Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Sports Coach specializing in football to join their dynamic team in Newcastle upon Tyne . You will be instrumental in developing and implementing high-performance training programs for aspiring athletes, focusing on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive football training plans aligned with club objectives and player development pathways.
• Lead coaching sessions, providing expert technical and tactical instruction to players of various age groups and skill levels.
• Scout and identify promising talent, contributing to player recruitment and team selection processes.
• Mentor assistant coaches and provide feedback to foster professional growth within the coaching staff.
• Manage equipment, training facilities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols during all activities.

Requirements

• Recognised Football Coaching Qualification (e.g., UEFA A Licence, FA Level 4).
• A minimum of 7 years of coaching experience, with demonstrable success in player development.
• Strong understanding of football tactics, sports science, and conditioning principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing on-site and remote administrative duties.
