About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join their innovative and forward-thinking team, operating in a completely remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and detailing of structural systems for a variety of construction projects.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of structural engineers and technicians remotely.
• Perform complex structural calculations and simulations using advanced engineering software.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or ETABS, and BIM software like Revit.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
