Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for a variety of building and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of structural engineers and technicians.
• Engage directly with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct complex structural analysis and design using state-of-the-art software.
• Review and approve design documentation, calculations, and drawings to ensure compliance and quality.

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer (MIStructE or MICE) status or equivalent.
• A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in structural engineering.
• Proven experience in leading the structural design of significant projects in the UK .
• Expertise in designing with steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
• Proficiency with advanced structural analysis and design software (e.g., Tekla , Revit Structure ).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
