Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective placements.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Partner with clients to provide market insights and advise on recruitment best practices.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
• Excellent understanding of candidate sourcing tools and techniques, including social media and professional networks.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
• Experience in advising clients on talent market trends and recruitment strategies is highly desirable.
