Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the architectural vision for the company's telecommunications systems , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop high-level and detailed design specifications for network components, platforms, and services.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies, vendors, and architectural patterns within the telecom industry .
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams involved in network design and implementation.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering leads to translate requirements into robust, scalable, and cost-effective architectural solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices in a remote-first environment .

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications network architecture and design.
• Proven expertise in 5G, LTE, SDN, NFV, and cloud-native network functions.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, signaling protocols, and transmission technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence technical direction across distributed teams.
• Experience with large-scale, high-availability network deployments is essential.
