Lead UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience of their groundbreaking digital products. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define user requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all products.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI/UX design , with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design work, demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders remotely.
• A thorough understanding of web and mobile design patterns, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
