Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy and execution for user interfaces and user experiences across all product lines.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality output.
• Oversee user research, usability testing, and information architecture to drive design decisions.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to align design initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• A robust portfolio showcasing leadership in designing complex, user-centered digital products.
• Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design , and usability testing.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, crucial for a fully remote position.
