About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire UX/UI design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.
• Present design concepts and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proven experience in leading design projects and mentoring other designers.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
