About the Role

Our client is searching for an exceptional Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead their digital product design initiatives, operating on a fully remote basis. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal usability and aesthetic appeal.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional designs.
• Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX/UI design , with a proven track record of successfully launched digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and mentor other designers.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
