Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the creation of all visual effects, ensuring artistic quality and technical performance.
• Direct and mentor a team of VFX artists, providing clear feedback and fostering their development.
• Collaborate with directors and art leads to define and achieve the desired aesthetic for visual effects.
• Develop and refine VFX workflows, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Ensure all visual effects integrate seamlessly with the overall production pipeline and final output.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation for the VFX team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in visual effects (VFX) production, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven experience creating high-quality VFX for games , film , or television.
• Expertise in industry-standard VFX software such as Houdini, Maya, After Effects, and Nuke.
• Strong understanding of particle systems, simulation (fluids, destruction), and rendering techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong artistic eye and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.
