About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of video editors, providing guidance on technical skills and creative direction.
• Oversee the entire post-production process, from ingest and editing to color grading, sound design, and final mastering.
• Collaborate with creative directors and marketing teams to interpret project briefs and translate them into engaging video content.
• Establish and maintain high standards for video quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all video assets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video editing , with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Expert proficiency with non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and video codecs.
• Experience managing and leading creative teams in a hybrid work environment.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual detail and pacing.
