Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments for individuals with learning disabilities.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RNLD) qualification with valid NMC registration .
• Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities .
• Strong understanding of health promotion and safeguarding principles relevant to this client group.
• Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, care planning, and medication management.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
